With over two decades of experience in the property industry, I bring a deep, hands-on understanding of real estate from both an investment and development perspective. My career has spanned a variety of roles, culminating in a senior position at a property investment and development company, where I worked across all asset classes. This breadth gave me a comprehensive view of how value is created, preserved, and enhanced throughout the property lifecycle.

In 2023, I stepped down from my corporate role to pursue independent consultancy and focus on managing my own property assets. This transition has allowed me to apply my industry knowledge in a more personal and client-focused way, advising individuals, family offices, beneficiaries, and estate managers on how to make strategic decisions around their property portfolios.

My clients often find themselves facing pivotal moments, managing inherited estates, navigating succession, or seeking to optimise underperforming assets. Many lack in-house expertise and are confronted with conflicting professional advice. I provide an objective, strategic lens to help them gain clarity, unlock value, and move forward with confidence.

I work closely with clients to understand their unique goals, whether that’s income generation, long-term capital appreciation, redevelopment, or a structured sale. From there, I develop a tailored strategy, that coordinate with professionals (surveyors, planners, architects, legal advisors) and oversee execution to ensure alignment and efficiency throughout the process.

What sets me apart is my independence and real-world experience, my back ground has been adding value to property which is a good springboard almost all situations. I’m not tied to any agency or sales platform, which allows me to offer truly unbiased advice, grounded in both market insight and personal ownership experience. I understand the weight of responsibility that comes with property ownership because I live it myself.
